Data Analytics Temporal Technologies: Director, GTM Strategy & Analytics

Architect GTM strategy and analytics by translating data into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and finance leadership to optimize field deployment and resource allocation.

Lead Remote Posted about 3 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: United States - Remote Opportunity

About Us

Temporal is an open source programming model that can simplify code, make applications more reliable, and help developers focus on the important things like delivering features faster. We are on a mission to be the reliable foundation of every developer’s toolbox, and are building the team that will make that happen.   Our values guide us —they are present in how we show up, make decisions, and work together to make an impact. We’re curious, driven, collaborative, genuine and humble.   Temporal is growing and we are looking for those who share our values, challenge 'standard' thinking, and want to influence our future. If you have a passion for improving the developer experience, building world-class open-source software and communities, and want to be a part of our amazing team, we'd love to hear from you!

Role Summary

The Director of GTM Strategy and Analytics at Temporal will play a pivotal role in architecting our global growth engine. This position sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data, with primary responsibility for translating complex data into the strategic roadmap for our go-to-market (GTM) organization. You will be the lead architect for how we deploy our field teams, measure their success, and invest our next dollar for maximum leverage.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with GTM and Finance leaders to build the foundational models that power our business — from headcount capacity and productivity to territory optimization and quota setting. You will also play a key role in powering the GTM operating cadence with insights, from weekly operational reporting to quarterly business reviews and board meetings. This role requires a blend of high-level strategic thinking, deep technical data expertise, and a strong understanding of both enterprise and product-led-growth motions. We are centered around providing actionable insights to our leadership team that drive tangible, positive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator who thrives in the "building" phase of a high-growth company. You are a master of data modeling who can also command a room of executives. As a Director at Temporal, you will have the opportunity to design GTM frameworks from the ground up, using best-in-class technologies while collaborating with a high-performance team dedicated to category-defining growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality analytical outputs, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), productivity benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations for the GTM leadership team.
  • Partner closely with Finance and GTM leadership to lead the annual and semi-annual planning cycles, including the development and deployment of headcount models, territory design, and sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated headcount and capacity models to ensure the GTM organization is staffed to hit aggressive revenue targets based on historical ramp times and attrition.
  • Design and optimize sales territories using data-driven methodologies to ensure equitable patch distribution and maximum market coverage across segments.
  • Partner closely with the Data team to design and deploy predictive models (e.g. account propensity) as well as traditional business intelligence reporting.
  • Analyze the health of the sales pipeline and marketing funnel to identify leading indicators of growth and pinpoint potential bottlenecks in the customer journey.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales productivity performance over time, detecting trends in attainment and developing "what good looks like" profiles for various sales roles.
  • Conduct "white space" and TAM/SAM analyses to identify new vertical or geographic opportunities for expansion.
  • Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and narratives, providing the data-backed backbone for Board-level and investor discussions.

What You'll Bring

  • 8-10+ years of experience working in a highly analytical role focused on GTM planning, strategy, or analytics in a high-growth SaaS or infrastructure environment.
  • Strong foundation in operational modeling, statistical analysis, and quantitative reasoning within a B2B context.
  • Deep proficiency in SQL and the Salesforce ecosystem; familiarity with the modern GTM stack.
  • Experience working with modern data processing and query engines to extract insights from raw usage and behavioral data (e.g. AWS Athena).
  • Familiarity with key SaaS business metrics such as Magic Number, CAC Payback, LTV/CAC, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Hands-on experience with territory management tools and quota-setting methodologies at scale.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements in sales velocity and rep attainment.
  • Ability to prototype complex models quickly in Excel or Google Sheets and transition them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Comfort operating in environments with imperfect data definitions, evolving metrics, and the need to make high-stakes decisions under uncertainty.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for uncovering the "why" behind the numbers through continuous experimentation and iteration.
  • Clear communicator who can explain complex strategic decisions and analytical insights in plain language, tailoring the message to the specific needs of the leadership team.

Compensation:

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $260K - $326K.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan.

Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Support Temporal Technologies: Director, Global Developer Success

Leads and scales a technical support organization to deliver fast, expert assistance to customers deploying and operating Temporal across complex distributed systems.

Summary

Temporal is hiring a Director, Global Developer Success to lead and scale our deeply technical support organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for turning customer technical response into a repeatable, measurable, and differentiated advantage for Temporal.

Developer Success is the team customers rely on when they need fast, confident support for complex developer and infrastructure issues. The team helps users deploy, operate, debug, and scale Temporal across cloud-native environments, distributed systems, SDKs, observability stacks, and mission-critical workloads. The next phase requires a leader who can preserve technical excellence and customer empathy while building the operational rigor of a world-class support function.

Why this role exists

Temporal's customers are building increasingly mission-critical, distributed, long-running, and AI-enabled systems. When something is unclear or broken, the support experience must be fast, technically credible, and predictable.

  • Developer Success must scale beyond heroics. We need clear KPIs, tiering, queue management, escalation paths, incident communication standards, RCA practices, quality review, and talent development systems.
  • Premium customer interactions increasingly happen across tickets, Slack, escalations, and incident channels. The support experience must have one clear operating model so customers, Sales, SAs, Platform Architects, Product, Engineering, and Support know who owns what and what good looks like.
  • The support team must reduce avoidable Engineering escalations while ensuring real product defects, documentation gaps, and recurring customer pain reach Product and Engineering with high-quality signal.

What you will do

  • Build and lead Global Developer Success: Hire, coach, develop, retain, and performance-manage high-performing support engineers, managers, and specialists across tiers, regions, and customer segments.
  • Create the support operating system: Define SLAs/OLAs, ticket and Slack triage, queue ownership, severity definitions, tiering, escalation paths, incident communications, RCA standards, quality review, staffing, and operating cadence.
  • Raise the quality bar: Move beyond CSAT alone by measuring customer effort, touches to resolution, reopen rate, handoffs, recurrence, communication quality, resolution confidence, and customer-visible ownership.
  • Harden Slack and customer response: Turn premium Slack response into a defined service model with acknowledgement standards, urgent paths, conversion-to-ticket rules, coverage model, manager review, and customer-facing expectations.
  • Protect Engineering focus through better support: Reduce avoidable escalations by building runbooks, diagnostics, knowledge systems, reproducibility standards, technical triage, and high-quality escalation packets.
  • Lead escalation and incident discipline: Establish crisp roles for technical lead, escalation manager, communications owner, Support, Engineering, SA, Platform Architecture, and Sales. Ensure incidents and critical escalations are communicated with clarity and followed by useful RCAs.
  • Build technical depth and enablement: Create career paths, training, mentorship, certification, quality review, and hands-on learning that help junior engineers become senior/staff support engineers and help senior engineers scale their expertise.
  • Partner across the company: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Architecture, Platform Architecture, Customer Success, Docs, DevRel, and Services to ensure support signal turns into product, documentation, enablement, and customer lifecycle improvements.
  • Use tooling and AI pragmatically: Improve routing, deflection, summaries, analytics, knowledge surfacing, diagnostics, and customer communication while measuring real operating outcomes rather than tool adoption alone.
  • Represent Temporal with customers: Engage directly in strategic escalations, high-stakes incidents, enterprise support conversations, QBR/EBR inputs, and executive readouts when support experience affects customer trust.

What you will bring

  • 12+ years of experience in technical support, customer engineering, SRE, solutions engineering, infrastructure engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with 5+ years leading support or customer-facing engineering teams.
  • Proven experience building and scaling technical support operations for a deeply technical B2B product, ideally in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, observability, AI infrastructure, open source, or distributed systems within a GTM organization.
  • Experience managing managers and building the systems that make teams run: metrics, operating cadence, queue management, quality review, staffing models, tiering, escalation paths, and performance management.
  • Strong technical credibility with developers, support engineers, SREs, platform engineers, and product engineers. You can reason about APIs/SDKs, cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, distributed systems, reliability, incident response, and debugging workflows.
  • Track record reducing avoidable Engineering escalations while improving the quality of product and engineering signal when escalations are needed.
  • Deep understanding of support quality metrics: response time, resolution time, customer effort, touches, reopens, recurrence, backlog, SLA/OLA attainment, deflection, CSAT, sentiment, and case quality.
  • Strong customer communication skills in high-pressure situations. You can write crisp updates, lead customer-facing RCA conversations, set expectations, and coach others to communicate clearly.
  • Clear philosophy for hiring, onboarding, leveling, progression, coaching, retention, and performance management for technical support engineers and support managers.
  • High ownership and builder mindset. You create clarity in ambiguous systems, ship v1 processes quickly, and iterate with data and customer evidence.

Nice to haves

  • Experience with Temporal, Cadence, workflow engines, orchestration systems, event-driven architecture, distributed applications, or production reliability tooling.
  • Experience in consumption-based, open-source, developer-led, or mission-critical enterprise support motions.
  • Energized by working within a GTM organization.
  • Experience with support tooling and modern AI support systems such as Pylon, Zendesk, Kapa-like deflection, knowledge automation, case analytics, or incident communications tooling.
  • Hands-on background with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Terraform, Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building Tier 3 / elite support, OSS/community support, self-hosted support, premium support, or 24/7 critical escalation coverage.

Compensation

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $220,000 - $270,000 based on experience and location.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan.

Engineer Staff Software Engineer - Experiments Platform (AU remote) at Canva

Staff Software Engineer leads design and development of Canva's backend experimentation platform, enabling teams to safely run A/B tests, measure outcomes, and automate analysis.

Lead Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Description

Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney, with a second campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth, & Adelaide. You have flexibility in how and where you work — whether that’s from one of our spaces, from home, or a mix of both. This role is remote-friendly within Australia, so you can choose the setup that empowers you and your team to do your best work.

Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, g’day, mabuhay, kia ora,你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you’re probably keen to find out what’s on offer, so we’ll get straight to the point.

What you’d be doing in this role:

Canva is making experimentation a much bigger part of how we build and ship product.

At our scale, shipping changes and watching what happens isn’t enough. Teams need to know whether a change actually improved the product and catch changes that unexpectedly hurt important guardrails such as retention or application performance.

This Staff Software Engineer will provide senior technical leadership across the backend systems behind Canva’s experimentation programme.

You’ll help evolve the platform teams use to set up experiments, target users, expose variants and measure outcomes in the safest and most intuitive way possible. We’re moving towards a platform that does more than report results. It should reinforce good experimentation practices, surface signals faster and alert early when things go wrong.

With the advent of AI, we’re also looking at how we can automate more of the analysis process to help our teams learn faster and iterate.

You’ll take ownership of significant technical problems, work with senior leaders across Canva and help shape where the platform should go next by working with the teams building the platform.

You’re probably a match:

We’d love to hear from you if you fit one or more of these. You don’t need to meet all of them, but the more the better and if you join the team, we’re invested in helping you grow.

Experience:

  • Backend platform engineering: You’ve built backend systems or platforms that other engineers depend on, and understand what changes when your software becomes part of somebody else’s critical path.

  • Experimentation exposure at scale: You’ve built, operated or worked deeply with experimentation, A/B testing, feature-management or progressive-rollout systems in a large engineering environment.

  • Technical leadership: You’ve taken ambiguous engineering problems, formed a technical direction and helped other engineers move towards an outcome.

  • Driving adoption: You’ve built internal platforms or capabilities and understand that the technology only succeeds when other teams trust and use it.

Technical knowledge:

  • Backend and distributed systems: Strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience designing reliable backend systems and reasoning about scalability, availability, consistency and failure modes.

  • Data systems: Enough familiarity with data engineering, analytics engineering or large-scale data processing to understand how experimentation data is generated, moved and consumed.

  • Experimentation concepts: Familiarity with experiment assignment, targeting, variants, feature flags, metrics, guardrails and progressive rollout.

  • Language depth: Java is our primary language and would be useful, but it isn’t a hard requirement. At Staff level, we’re more interested in strong engineering fundamentals and your ability to transfer them between languages.

Nice to haves:

  • You’ve built this before: Direct experience designing or building experimentation, A/B testing, feature-management or rollout infrastructure — either inside a large technology company or for a platform vendor.

  • Data crossover: A background spanning software engineering and data science, data engineering or analytics engineering.

  • Feature flags: Experience building feature flagging, user targeting, progressive rollout or automated guardrail systems.

  • Statistical intuition: You don’t need to be a data scientist, but being comfortable enough with experimentation and statistics to work closely with one will be valuable.

About the Group & Team:

This role sits within Rollout Insights, the subgroup responsible for experimentation at Canva.

The team builds shared experimentation capabilities used across the company.

Engineers use the platform to configure and launch experiments. Data scientists use the resulting data to understand impact. Product teams use those insights to decide what should roll out, change or stop.

The team already brings together software engineering and senior data science expertise, which matters because the hardest problems sit across both disciplines.

You’ll also collaborate broadly across Canva’s engineering and data science organisations, including with senior technical leaders who depend on the platform.

Experimentation is now a major company priority, so demand for the team’s capabilities is growing quickly. There’s already a platform to build from, with plenty of important technical work still ahead.

Additional Information

What’s in it for you?

Achieving our crazy big goals motivates us to work hard - and we do - but you’ll experience lots of moments of magic, connectivity and fun woven throughout life at Canva, too. We also offer a stack of benefits to set you up for every success in and outside of work.

Sales International Account Manager — EU at Kitsch

Leads Kitsch's EU market entry by building retail relationships, managing compliance requirements, and driving revenue growth across distribution channels.

Mid Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a bootstrapped, female and minority-owned global beauty brand built on the belief that great design and great values aren’t mutually exclusive. From hair accessories to sleep and wellness, we create products that make people feel good — and we’ve grown to $400M+ in annual revenue by staying true to that mission. We move fast, we care deeply about craft, and we’re looking for people who feel the same way.

The Role

Kitsch is entering the EU market with a Fall 2027 launch, and this is the role that makes it happen. As International Account Manager — EU, you will be the boots-on-the-ground commercial lead for Kitsch’s EU expansion, working directly under Nicole and serving as the brand’s primary point of contact with retail buyers, distributors, and compliance bodies across the region. The relationships you build, the doors you open, and the way you represent this brand in a new market will shape Kitsch’s EU trajectory for years. This role requires someone who understands EU retail and haircare compliance requirements, and can work independently within EU business hours while staying tightly aligned with the US-based leadership team. If you thrive in autonomous, high-stakes commercial environments and take personal pride in every deliverable that goes out with your name on it, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of Kitsch’s Fall 2027 EU retail launch — range confirmation, compliance documentation, logistics coordination, on-floor readiness, and first sell-through reporting.
  • Ensure all Kitsch products entering the EU market meet EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223⁄2009 — including CPNP notification, responsible person designation, ingredient labeling, and safety assessment documentation.
  • Proactively manage the EU compliance calendar so nothing holds up launch timelines; work cross-functionally with Kitsch’s product and regulatory teams.
  • Build and maintain trusted, productive relationships with EU retail buying and category teams — be known by name, respected as a commercial partner, and positioned to access incremental placement opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth post-launch through SKU expansion, new promotional programs, and identification of additional international opportunities — depth over breadth.
  • Track retail sell-through data actively and flag underperformance before it becomes a markdown conversation; execute promotional programs on the retail calendar and manage margin exposure.
  • Serve as Kitsch’s eyes and ears in the EU beauty market — deliver a monthly EU market brief covering competitive intelligence, trend shifts, regulatory updates, and retail landscape changes with a clear point of view.
  • Own the operational health of all EU accounts — retailer portal compliance, OTIF performance, chargeback management, and DC coordination.
  • Maintain tight alignment with Nicole and Kitsch’s US-based teams despite the time zone gap — operate with high autonomy while escalating decisions that affect brand positioning, pricing, or channel strategy.
  • Actively use AI tools to accelerate account analysis, compliance tracking, buyer communication, and market reporting; build efficiency into every repeatable workflow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience working with major EU retailers as a retail buyer contact or vendor-side account manager — knowledge of their compliance requirements, buying processes, and promotional machinery is required, not preferred.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223⁄2009 — CPNP notification, responsible person requirements, ingredient labeling, and claim substantiation; haircare-specific experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be available and operating during CET/CEST business hours — EU retail partners and regulatory bodies do not operate on US time.
  • Strong retail commercial acumen — reads a P&L at the account level, understands distribution, velocity, turns, and margin without being prompted.
  • Proven ability to build buyer relationships that go beyond transactional — knows when to push, when to hold, and how to earn trust over time.
  • Highly autonomous operator who works independently across a time zone gap without going dark — makes smart decisions within authority and escalates the right things at the right time.
  • Analytically rigorous — builds a point of view from sell-through data, margin analysis, and retail performance reporting, not just instinct.
  • Effective cross-cultural communicator — operates across EU market environments without losing the Kitsch brand voice.
  • Operationally disciplined — retail portal deadlines, compliance submissions, and chargeback responses owned and executed without reminders.
  • Active AI fluency — uses tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity to accelerate real work; builds new skills continuously and applies them without waiting to be trained.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay/Benefits
  • Location: Remote
  • A dynamic team
  • An open mind for new ideas
  • Growth…growth and some more growth!

  • Consistently build qualified sales pipeline that supports company revenue goals

Execute Multi-Channel Prospecting

Collaborate Across Revenue Teams

  • Opportunity to help thousands of dealerships improve their business through innovative technology

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $60,000 base salary + variable compensation

Benefits Include:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

Operations Domestic Traffic Analyst at Kitsch

Manages domestic freight logistics, carrier coordination, and shipment tracking to maintain on-time delivery and cost targets across wholesale and DTC channels.

Mid Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products reach 32,000+ retailers in 92 countries. We make everyday essentials that make you feel exceptional.

The Role

We’re hiring a Domestic Traffic Analyst to keep our US shipments moving on time and on budget. You’ll coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PLs every day. Your job is to catch problems before they happen, not after. This is a new role, created because our shipment volume grew faster than one person could handle alone. You’ll own carriers, deliveries, and system updates. A teammate will own palletization and load planning, and you’ll work closely together.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery at 92% or higher across wholesale and DTC shipments.
  • Manage domestic freight and logistics costs so they stay at or below 5% of COGS.
  • Respond to any carrier, forwarder, warehouse, or 3PL issue within 24 hours.
  • Arrange carriers and deliveries, and keep our systems updated with real-time shipment status.
  • Spot at-risk shipments early — capacity issues, customs holds, warehouse backlogs, weather — so people can act before a delivery is missed.
  • Handle trade compliance paperwork (Incoterms, customs documents) for shipments with international touchpoints.
  • Choose the best shipping mode — air, rail, or truck — based on cost, time, and risk.
  • Keep our TMS and ERP (NetSuite) data accurate so other teams can trust it.
  • Work closely with our palletization and rerouting teammate so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help protect our OTIF standing with retail partners like Walmart and Target.

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of global logistics: Incoterms, international documentation, and customs rules.
  • Experience coordinating air, rail, and truck shipments.
  • Great communication skills — you respond fast, even across time zones.
  • Comfort working in TMS (transportation management) tools.
  • ERP experience, ideally with NetSuite.
  • The ability to juggle many shipments at once without dropping the ball.
  • Comfort using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • A proactive mindset — you flag problems early and bring solutions, not just alerts.
  • A hands-on attitude — you’re willing to call a driver, chase a document, or fix a system gap yourself when needed.

Sales Senior Solutions Engineer - Partners at Tailscale

Senior Solutions Engineer who drives technical sales success with channel partners through solution architecture, deal support, and partner enablement programs.

Senior Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Tailscale

Tailscale is building the new Internet by delivering software that makes it easy to securely interconnect people and their devices, no matter where they are. From hobbyists to multinational corporations, teams of every size use Tailscale each day to protect their networks, share access to internal tools, and more. We’re building a future for the Internet that’s easy, sensible, and safe, like it used to be. Founded in 2019 and fully distributed, we’re backed by Accel, CRV, Insight, Heavybit, and Uncork Capital.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer focused on Channel Partners to drive technical success with resellers, MSPs, system integrators, and technology alliance partners. You will act as the primary technical counterpart for our channel motion—enabling partners to sell, deploy, and expand Tailscale successfully while co-selling complex deals alongside Account Executives and Partner/Channel Sales Managers.

This is a senior individual-contributor role that blends deep networking/security expertise, consultative selling, partner enablement, and influence on product and go-to-market strategy. You will co-own pipeline outcomes, lead sophisticated technical engagements, and build scalable resources that multiply the impact of our partner community. This role is ideal for a senior SE who enjoys multiplying impact through partners while staying deeply technical and customer-obsessed. You will help shape how Tailscale scales through the channel at a pivotal growth stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers and AEs to identify, qualify, and close new and expansion opportunities through the channel.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, demos, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) for partner-sourced and co-sell deals, often involving multi-stakeholder enterprise or mid-market environments.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to partners and their end customers on zero-trust networking, secure connectivity, identity integrations, and emerging use cases (including AI gateway / Aperture-related scenarios & PAM).
  • Develop and deliver partner technical enablement: training programs, certification content, demo environments, solution blueprints, reference architectures, and battle cards that help partners win and deploy Tailscale independently.

Content LX Content Manager at Aceable

Write and maintain educational course content using AI-assisted workflows, style guides, and content management systems across multiple licensing verticals.

Mid Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

ABOUT THIS POSITION

As a LX Content Manager, you’ll play a central role in helping Aceable students earn their licenses and reach their next life goal by writing and maintaining the course content our students rely on.

We build courses from a library of reusable, linked content and AI-assisted workflows that help our team move faster without sacrificing quality. You’ll work within that system daily, using it to draft, adapt, and refine content faster.

This is a writing role, but you’ll also bring systems thinking and fluency with AI tools to produce clear, accurate, on-brand learning content efficiently at scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Research, write, and maintain original educational course content across Aceable’s licensing verticals, following established content templates, style guides, and state-specific playbooks
  • Update and improve existing courses to reflect regulatory changes, quality improvements, and evolving instructional standards
  • Learn and work with Aceable’s proprietary course management tools and AI-assisted content workflows to author and manage curriculum.
  • Collaborate with designers on content creation, including infographics, scenario illustrations, animations, and study guides
  • Use and help maintain Aceable’s brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across all content you produce
  • Identify opportunities to create great work efficiently, with an eye toward scalability and reuse across states and verticals
  • Work cross-functionally to support content creation for Aceable.com, including articles and landing page copy aligned with our course expertise
  • Participate in editorial review cycles, incorporating feedback from coworkers and stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3+ years of writing and/or content management experience in a consumer-facing, educational, or regulated content environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — you are clear, accurate, and engaging
  • Fluency with AI tools, with a thoughtful sense of how and when to use AI to produce better work more efficiently
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply brand voice, style guidelines, and content frameworks
  • Comfortable working within structured production systems and templates while still bringing creativity to the work
  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple writing projects across different subjects simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset combined with the ability to work independently on long-term writing projects
  • Systems-oriented thinking — you look for ways to reuse and scale content rather than solving each piece from scratch.

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience with content management systems or course authoring tools
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles or adult learning theory
  • Domain knowledge in any of our verticals: insurance, mortgage, real estate, or drivers ed

ABOUT ACEABLE

Aceable has helped 20 million people get licensed in driver’s ed, real estate, insurance, and mortgage. Behind every license is a first car, a new career, a fresh start. Making those moments possible is why we built Aceable.

We’re profitable, growing, and investing heavily in AI to make licensing education better. Our courses are mobile-first, fully accredited, and built around one obsessive question: what’s the most effective and engaging way to get someone to actually learn this? We’re proud that our students consistently outperform competitors on pass rates.

We move fast, ship to real students in weeks, and give our people genuine end-to-end ownership. If you want to build something that directly helps people start new careers (and have fun doing it) you’re going to fit right in.

Operations Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist (LATAM) at Kitsch

Monitors inventory and demand signals across DTC, wholesale, and Amazon channels to prevent stockouts and overstock, flagging risks with recommended solutions.

Mid Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products are in more than 32,000 retailers across 92 countries. We make everyday essentials that make you feel exceptional.

The Role

We’re looking for a Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist to help us stop stockouts and overstock before they happen. You’ll watch inventory across our DTC, Wholesale, and Amazon channels, catch risk early, and bring solutions — not just warnings.

Work Type: Remote

Location: Latam

What You’ll Do

  • Track sell-through and inventory across DTC, Wholesale (Target, Ulta, Walmart), and Amazon to catch stockout risk before it hits the shelf.
  • Spot SKUs heading toward excess inventory before they become aging stock or a markdown problem.
  • Build and keep a live risk register so the team always knows where the next issue might show up.
  • Flag risks with a recommended fix — a reallocation, a rush order, a promo — not just an alert.
  • Treat Amazon as a top-priority channel, not an afterthought.
  • Keep your trackers (including Asana) clean and current so nobody downstream works off stale data.
  • Look for smarter, faster ways to catch risk early, including AI-assisted tools.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain role.
  • A track record of spotting problems early and bringing a solution with you.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple planning systems.
  • Clear, confident communication with teams outside of planning — warehouse, production, sales.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with retailer portals like Target Partners Online, Ulta vendor portal, Walmart Retail Link, or Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Comfort using AI tools to spot patterns faster.

Engineer Software Engineer II | AI & Agentic Systems at Jamf

Build production systems where AI agents execute real work on code with verification, audit trails, and security controls.

Mid Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Jamf, we believe in an open, flexible culture based on respect and trust. Our track record and thriving work environment all stem from the freedom we grant ourselves to get the job done right. We take pride in helping tens of thousands of customers around the globe succeed with Apple.

The secret to our success lies in our connectivity, while operating with a high degree of flexibility. Work-life balance remains our priority while feeling connected is important to maintain our strong culture, achieve our goals, and thrive as #OneJamf.

This role is offered as a remote in Poland. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Poland or who have sponsorship to live and work in Poland.

You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter.

What you’ll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. As a Software Engineer II on a new team enabling secure, governed adoption of autonomous and agentic workflows, you’ll help build production systems where AI agents do real work on real code - authoring changes inside deterministic gates, with independent verification and a full audit trail. This is a greenfield build inside a mature platform, starting with Security.

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Build the production systems where AI agents do real work on real code – authoring changes that run inside deterministic gates, with independent verification and a full audit trail behind every one.

  • Take customer and platform problems, break them into workable pieces with your agile team, and own most of them end to end.

  • Draw the line on autonomy: design the trust boundaries, blast radius, and least-privilege model for the automation itself, which holds elevated access to production.

  • Build the evaluation and observability that keeps non-deterministic systems honest – measuring accuracy and catching silent degradation before anyone else does.

  • Make the systems answer the auditor’s “show me” – producing evidence that a control worked, not just the claim that it did.

  • Work shoulder to shoulder with security engineering and PDD developers, and explain the tricky parts clearly to the rest of the organization.

  • Bring engineering best practices to the table: ask the sharp questions, solve the hard problems, and help others level up.

#LI-Remote

What we are looking for:

Must-have:

  • 3+ years building enterprise-grade software commercially, with a solid grasp of testing and QA.

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in Java or Python.

  • Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks – tool calling, multi-step execution, structured output – well beyond using AI coding assistants.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to speed up your own work.

  • Sound judgment about where automation should and shouldn’t act on its own – and the ability to articulate exactly where that line sits.

  • You think in trust boundaries, blast radius, and least privilege by default.

  • You treat vulnerability management as a discipline: severity and exploitability, SLAs, and exception handling.

  • Experience in an agile organization and with build systems like Jenkins or Bamboo.

  • You build trust and rapport across all levels, and do your best work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have:

  • Software supply chain security – SBOMs, provenance and attestation, image signing and verification, policy-as-code.

  • Experience running AI coding agents at repository scale, and building the harness that makes their output trustworthy.

  • Familiarity with AI governance in a security context – model-use policy, data handling, and the audit questions that follow an agent-initiated production change.

  • Experience in a regulated environment (SOC 2, FedRAMP, or similar) and a feel for what auditors actually ask for.

Why Jamf?

  • We are progressive but laid back. You are free to be yourself and work how you work best. Here, you manage your own day and your own work style.

  • You will have the opportunity to work with a small and empowered team where the culture is based on trust, ownership, and respect.

  • We encourage you to simply be you. We constantly seek and value different perspectives to ensure Jamf is a place where everyone feels comfortable and can be successful.

  • Benefits are a critical part of the “whole employee experience”. Our benefits package includes 30 days of paid time off, 3 paid days to volunteer, Multisport Card, Luxmed packages and more.

  • Visit our Jamf Engineering blog to learn more about the innovative projects our team is working on and what we learn from each challenge we solve. A blog written by engineers, for engineers at medium.com/jamf-engineering

What it means to be a Jamf? We are a team of free-thinkers, can-doers, and problem-crushers. We value humility and the relentless pursuit of knowledge. Our culture flows from a spirit of selflessness and relentless self-improvement - driving both personal growth and collective progress throughout our company. We unite around common goals while respecting personal approaches, believing that fulfilled individuals create a thriving, vibrant workplace.

Our aim is simple: hire exceptionally good people who are incredibly good at what they do and let them do it. We provide the support and resources to let everyone be their authentic, best selves at work, at rest, and at play. We are committed to supporting the continual improvement of Apple in the workplace, the organizations that rely on them and the people who keep it all running smoothly.

Above it all, waves our banner of #OneJamf – and the knowledge that when we stand together, we accomplish so much more than we could alone. We seek individuals who share this unwavering journey toward growth to join us in our quest for constant improvement.

What does Jamf do? Jamf extends the legendary Apple experience people enjoy in their personal lives to the workplace. Sales Senior Solutions Engineer - Partners at Tailscale

Senior SE drives technical success with channel partners through solution architecture, deal co-selling, and partner enablement programs for a networking security platform.

  • Architect and guide complex multi-party deals (partner + customer + Tailscale), aligning technical requirements with business outcomes and navigating competitive landscapes.
